DAMAGES AND SHORTAGES:
- Must be reported within 3 business days.
- Email us pictures showing damages of the merchandise and packaging.
- Please do not dispose of packings or carton box until notified to do so.
MANUFACTURER WARRANTY INCLUDED ITEMS:
If receiving an item that includes a manufacture warranty card and that item is defective upon receiving (DO NOT RETURN THE ITEM BACK TO XTREME SWIVELS) instead use the warranty card that is included with the item.
RETURNS and REFUNDS POLICY:
- 25% restocking fee/charge will apply, and remaining credit will be issued to the original charged method.
- All returns must be authorized and approved for return.

- Authorized returns are ONLY accepted in new re-sellable condition and returned within 30 days of purchase date NO EXCEPTIONS.
- INSTALLED ITEMS, ITEMS SHOWING PRIOR INSTALLATION MARKS OR MODIFIED ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE AND NOT REFUNDABLE NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Items that include a manufactured warranty card; the card must be return with the merchandise, or NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
- Special Order, Prototype, or Experimental build merchandise items are not returnable.
- Special Order merchandise deposits are not refundable.
- All returns shipping cost & tracking is responsible by you the purchaser/customer.
- If merchandise is damaged during the return transit, you the purchaser/customer is responsible to issue a damage or lost claim with the carrier you used of your choice. All documents and photos will be supplied to you for the claim process if the incident ever occurs.
